Abstract
The present invention relates to novel ecto-liposome fusion nanoparticles, and more specifically, provides novel stem cell-derived ecto-liposome fusion nanoparticles exhibiting superior targeting capability to a tumor site compared to conventional drug delivery carriers having targeting capability.
Claims20
A fusion nanoparticle formed by fusion of a stem cell-derived ectosome and a liposome.
A pharmaceutical composition for treating cancer, comprising, as an active ingredient, a fusion nanoparticle formed by fusion of a stem cell-derived ectosome and a liposome, wherein the fusion nanoparticle is loaded with an anticancer drug.
A method for preparing a fusion nanoparticle having targeting capability to a tumor tissue, the method comprising:
- isolating ectosomes from stem cells educated by culturing the stem cells in a conditioned medium of tumor tissue;
- and
- fusing the ectosomes and liposome nanoparticles by mixing the ectosomes and liposome nanoparticles, applying ultrasonication, and performing a cryogenic freeze-thaw process.
A method for treating cancer in a subject, the method comprising administering to the subject in need thereof a therapeutically effective amount of a fusion nanoparticle formed by fusion of a stem cell-derived ectosome and a liposome, wherein the fusion nanoparticle is loaded with an anticancer drug.
