Abstract
A bed apparatus includes: a wheel; driving unit configured to transmit a driving force to the wheel; a user interface device; and a controller configured to control the driving unit according to an operation by the user interface device. The controller is configured to acquire a state of the bed apparatus, and restrict acceptance of an operation by the user interface device when the state of the bed apparatus thus acquired is a specific state.

A bed apparatus comprising:
- a wheel;
- a driving unit configured to transmit a driving force to the wheel;
- a user interface device;
- and
- a controller configured to control the driving unit according to an operation by the user interface device, wherein
- the controller is configured to
- acquire a state of the bed apparatus, and
- restrict acceptance of an operation by the user interface device when the state of the bed apparatus thus acquired is a specific state.
