An automatic toilet seat assembly for installation on a conventional toilet includes a lid section, a seat section hingedly coupled thereto, and a power pack housing electrical, mechanical, and fluidic subsystems. A cleaning mechanism disposed within the lid section includes a plurality of brush assemblies configured for dual-axis rotation to provide multi-directional scrubbing contact with the seat and an upper edge of a toilet bowl. A dispensing interface delivers cleaning chemical and/or water to the brush assemblies during operation. A flexible joint within each brush assembly permits conformal engagement with varying surface geometries. An outer seal forms a containment barrier when the lid is lowered to confine fluids and debris. The assembly further includes powered seat movement and a control system operable via user inputs and optional sensor-based activation. The device integrates automated seat actuation and contained cleaning functionality in a single unit configured for mounting to a toilet fixture.
