Abstract
A cabinet system includes a cabinet defined by a back panel, top panel, bottom panel and first and second opposing side panels. Each of the side panels includes at least one slot for supporting at least one removable shelf. The at least one removable shelf includes tabs for engaging with the slots located on the side panels and a cut-out along a rear edge.
Claims20
A cabinet system comprising:
- a cabinet defined by a back panel, top panel, bottom panel and first and second opposing side panels;
- at least one front slot and at least one rear slot on each of the first and second side panels;
- and
- at least one removable shelf comprising a top surface supported by a frame having first and second opposing sides with each of the first and second opposing sides having a front tab and a rear tab;
- wherein the front tab is configured to engage the at least one front slot, wherein the rear tab is configured to engage the at least one rear slot, and wherein the front tab is configured such that the front tab cannot engage the at least one rear slot or the rear tab is configured such that the rear tab cannot engage the at least one front slot.

- a cabinet defined by a back panel, top panel, bottom panel and first and second opposing side panels;
- at least one removable shelf comprising a top surface supported by a frame having first and second opposing sides with each of the first and second opposing sides having a front tab and a rear tab;
- and
- a front slot positioned near a front edge and a rear slot positioned near a rear edge of one of the first or second side panels;
- wherein each of the front tabs defines a front tab width, wherein each of the rear tabs defines a rear tab width, wherein the front slot defines a front slot length configured to receive the front tab width, wherein the rear slot defines a rear slot length configured to receive the rear tab width, and wherein the front tab width is different from the rear tab width.
