Abstract
A disclosure of the present specification provides a UE which performs communication. The UE comprises: at least one processor; and at least one memory in which instructions are stored and which can be operatively electrically connected to the at least one processor. Operations performed on the basis of execution of the instructions by the at least one processor comprise the step of transmitting a signal on the basis of NR operating band n259.

A User Equipment (UE) comprising:
- at least one transceiver;
- at least one processor;
- and
- at least one memory operably connectable to the at least one processor and storing instructions that, based on being executed by the at least one processor, perform operations comprising:
- transmitting a signal based on a New Radio (NR) operating band n259,
- wherein the UE is a power class 2 UE, and
- wherein a minimum peak Effective Isotropic Radiated Power (EIRP) for the NR operating band n259 is 25 decibel-milliwatt (dBm), based on the UE being the power class 2 UE.

A User Equipment (UE) comprising:
- at least one transceiver;
- at least one processor;
- and
- at least one memory operably connectable to the at least one processor and storing instructions that, based on being executed by the at least one processor, perform operations comprising:
- receiving a signal based on the NR operating band n259, wherein the UE is a power class 2 UE, and
- based on the UE being the power class 2 UE, the reference sensitivity of the NR operating band n259 being equal to:
- 88.7 dBm for a channel bandwidth (CBW) of 50 MHz;
- 85.7 dBm for a CBW of 100 MHz;
- 82.7 dBm for a CBW of 200 MHz;
- and
- 79.7 dBm for a CBW of 400 MHz.

A method comprising:
- receiving capability information including information related to power class 2 and/or information related to whether a User Equipment (UE) supports CA, from the UE;
- and
- transmitting to the UE a communication based on New Radio (NR) operating band n259 and/or settings related to NR operating band n257 and a CA based on the NR operating band n259, based on the capability information.
