Abstract
A laser device includes a package including a base and a lens, and a laser oscillator accommodated in the package. The base includes a first recess and a mount surface of a surface mounting type, the laser oscillator is accommodated in the first recess, the lens is bonded to the base and seals the first recess, and the laser oscillator emits laser light that exits the package through the lens.

A laser device comprising:
- a package including a base and a lens;
- and
- a laser oscillator accommodated in the package;
- wherein
- the base includes a first recess and a mount surface of a surface mounting type,
- the laser oscillator is accommodated in the first recess,
- the lens is bonded to the base and seals the first recess, and
- the laser oscillator emits laser light that exits the package through the lens.
