Abstract
A connector includes an insulation housing having an insertion slot receiving a busbar along a longitudinal direction, and a terminal assembly installed in the insulation housing. The terminal assembly is held in a pre-installed position that does not interfere with insertion of the busbar before the busbar is inserted into the insulation housing. After the busbar is inserted into the insulation housing, the terminal assembly is movable from the pre-installed position to a final installed position along a height direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction. The terminal assembly is electrically connected to the busbar in the final installed position.

A connector, comprising:
- an insulation housing having an insertion slot receiving a busbar along a longitudinal direction;
- and
- a terminal assembly installed in the insulation housing, the terminal assembly is held in a pre-installed position that does not interfere with insertion of the busbar before the busbar is inserted into the insulation housing, and after the busbar is inserted into the insulation housing, the terminal assembly is movable from the pre-installed position to a final installed position along a height direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction, the terminal assembly is electrically connected to the busbar in the final installed position.
