The present invention relates to a stacking device and a method for manufacturing an all-solid-state battery, and more particularly a stacking device including a magazine unit, a sheet transport unit, a sheet alignment unit, and a sheet supply unit. The magazine unit is configured to supply an electrode sheet, the sheet transport unit is configured to pick up the electrode sheet and transport the electrode sheet to the sheet alignment unit, the sheet alignment unit is configured to determine whether the electrode sheet is aligned, the sheet supply unit is configured to stack the electrode sheet on an electrode web, the sheet supply unit includes a stage on which the electrode sheet is loaded and a feeding roller provided on one side of the stage, and the feeding roller is configured such that the electrode sheet is detached from the stage and then attached onto the electrode web.
