Method of image display on a display panel, apparatus, display apparatus, and computer-program product

An apparatus, comprising:

• a memory;
• and
• one or more processors;
• wherein the memory and the one or more processors are connected with each other;
• and
• the memory stores computer-executable instructions for controlling the one or more processors to:
• divide a display area of a display panel into a plurality of display subareas, a respective display subarea of the plurality of display subareas configured to independently display an image;
• and
• add a border to at least one display subarea of the plurality of display subareas in the display area;
• wherein, to add the border to the at least one display subarea in the display area, the memory further stores computer-executable instructions for controlling the one or more processors to:
• retrieve information about at least one display subarea based on coordinates on the display panel;
• format display subarea information;
• determine coordinates of borders of the at least one display subarea;
• tag the coordinates of borders of the at least one display subarea with a tag indicating whether or not the borders of the at least one display subarea is to be displayed;
• and
• assign a value to a tag indicating whether or not the border of the at least one display subarea is to be displayed.

A computer-program product, comprising a non-transitory tangible computer-readable medium having computer-readable instructions thereon, the computer-readable instructions being executable by a processor to cause the processor to perform:

• dividing a display area of the display panel into a plurality of display subareas, a respective display subarea of the plurality of display subareas configured to independently display an image;
• and
• adding a border to at least one display subarea of the plurality of display subareas in the display area;
• wherein adding the border to the at least one display subarea in the display area comprises:
• retrieving information about at least one display subarea based on coordinates on the display panel;
• formatting display subarea information;
• determining coordinates of borders of the at least one display subarea;
• tagging the coordinates of borders of the at least one display subarea with a tag indicating whether or not the borders of the at least one display subarea is to be displayed;
• and
• assigning a value to a tag indicating whether or not the border of the at least one display subarea is to be displayed.
