Arrangement management system, arrangement management method, and recording medium

An arrangement management method comprising:

• acquiring stored product information for specifying a product requested by a customer to be stored in a designated store, when a store clerk stores the product;
• recording, in response to reading of a location code indicating location information for specifying a storage location where the product is arranged among location codes respectively attached to a plurality of storage locations, the acquired stored product information and the location information in association with each other;
• and
• notifying the store clerk of the storage location based on the location information recorded in association with the stored product information related to the customer, when the customer visits the store.

A non-transitory computer-readable recording medium storing a program for causing a computer to execute processing of:

• acquiring stored product information for specifying a product requested by a customer to be stored in a designated store, when a store clerk stores the product;
• recording, in response to reading of a location code indicating location information for specifying a storage location where the product is arranged among location codes respectively attached to a plurality of storage locations, the acquired stored product information and the location information in association with each other;
• and
• notifying the store clerk of the storage location based on the location information recorded in association with the stored product information related to the customer, when the customer visits the store.
