A computing system for controlled artificial intelligence content generation is disclosed. The system includes a first control layer having a deterministic execution engine configured to execute scripts defining content generation workflows. Each script includes deterministic instructions and syntactically distinguished AI invocation instructions identified by a designated keyword. The deterministic instructions are executed algorithmically, and execution is paused upon encountering an AI invocation instruction. A second control layer includes a validated token catalog stored in a structured data store and defining a finite set of permissible token sequences. An AI model interface receives a constrained context comprising a subset of the validated token catalog relevant to the AI invocation instruction and returns a selected token sequence associated with provenance metadata. Deterministic execution then resumes to complete the workflow. An agent orchestrator coordinates the control layers to generate a synthesized content item in a controlled and validated manner.
