Backlight module and display device

A liquid crystal display apparatus, comprising:

• a backlight driving module comprising a control circuit and a backlight driving circuit;
• wherein
• the control circuit comprises a control chip, the control chip is configured to perform interaction of a signal with the backlight driving circuit corresponding to a subarea control signal based on the subarea control signal, to control backlight brightness for display area, and the signal comprises a power-supply-related signal and a communication signal related to driving control;
• wherein:
• the backlight driving circuit is configured to provide the backlight brightness for the display area of the liquid crystal display apparatus;
• the backlight driving circuit comprises a substrate, a driving unit, and a plurality of light emitting diode (LED) lamp groups, wherein the substrate comprises an aluminum base substrate configured for the driving unit and the plurality of LED lamp groups being disposed on a same side and a same layer of the aluminum base substrate;
• and
• the control circuit further comprises a first terminal, and the driving unit comprises a driving controller and a second terminal;
• the driving controller is electrically connected with the plurality of LED lamp groups;
• the driving controller and the plurality of LED lamp groups are disposed on a front surface of the aluminum base substrate;
• the second terminal is embedded in the aluminum base substrate, and the second terminal is connected with the first terminal through a flat cable, so that the flat cable is connected with the second terminal from a back surface of the aluminum base substrate;
• the control chip is electrically connected with the driving controller through the first terminal, the flat cable, and the second terminal.

A liquid crystal display apparatus, comprising:

• a backlight driving module comprising a control circuit and a backlight driving circuit;
• wherein
• the control circuit comprises a control chip, the control chip is configured to perform interaction of a signal with the backlight driving circuit corresponding to a subarea control signal based on the subarea control signal, to control backlight brightness for display area, and the signal comprises a power-supply-related signal and a communication signal related to driving control;
• wherein:
• the backlight driving circuit is configured to provide the backlight brightness for the display area of the liquid crystal display apparatus;
• the backlight driving circuit comprises a substrate, a driving unit, and a plurality of light emitting diode (LED) lamp groups, wherein the substrate comprises an aluminum base substrate configured for the driving unit and the plurality of LED lamp groups being disposed on a same side and a same layer of the aluminum base substrate;
• and
• the control circuit further comprises a first terminal, and the driving unit comprises a driving controller and a second terminal;
• the driving controller is electrically connected with the plurality of LED lamp groups;
• the driving controller and the plurality of LED lamp groups are disposed on a front surface of the aluminum base substrate;
• the second terminal is sunken into the aluminum base substrate, and the second terminal is connected with the first terminal through a flat cable, so that the flat cable is connected with the second terminal from a back surface of the aluminum base substrate;
• the control chip is electrically connected with the driving controller through the first terminal, the flat cable, and the second terminal.
