Abstract
A manufacturing method of electronic device includes the steps of: providing a first panel having a first alignment mark and a second panel having at least one second alignment mark; and aligning the first alignment mark and the at least one second alignment mark under a vacuum environment of lower than 700 Pa, and adhering the first panel and the second panel through a first adhesive member, wherein, in a direction of overlooking the electronic device, the first adhesive member and the first alignment mark are spaced apart by a first distance, and the first adhesive member and the at least one second alignment mark are spaced apart by a second distance between, where the first distance is greater than zero, and the second distance is greater than zero.
Claims4
A manufacturing method of electronic device, comprising the steps of:
- providing a first panel having a first alignment mark and a second panel having at least one second alignment mark;
- and
- aligning the first alignment mark and the at least one second alignment mark under a vacuum environment of lower than 700 Pa, and adhering the first panel and the second panel through a first adhesive member,
- wherein, in a direction of overlooking the electronic device, the first adhesive member and the first alignment mark are spaced apart by a first distance, and the first adhesive member and the at least one second alignment mark are spaced apart by a second distance between, where the first distance is greater than zero, and the second distance is greater than zero.
