The present application provides an intermittent in-situ current-carrying friction testing device, and belongs to the technical field of physical property testing. The testing device includes a base, a double-disc friction mechanism is installed on a top of the base, the double-disc friction mechanism is configured for simulating current-carrying friction between an armature and a rail during shell launching, a third mounting seat is installed on a top of a second mounting seat, a high-speed camera is fixedly connected to a middle position of a top of the third mounting seat, a support frame is fixedly connected to one side of the top of the third mounting seat, and an infrared thermal imager and an acoustic emission sensor are installed on the support frame. According to the present application, stable constant-current input is performed on the entire device, and the testing device can perform a stable experiment for a long time.
