• the computer identifies, from among a plurality of parking frames provided, a parking frame to which a user who wishes to use a parking lot provided with the plurality of parking frames is guided, and
• the parking lot management method comprises:
• identifying, based on parking statistical information including energy consumption information regarding energy consumption corresponding to each vehicle that was parked in each of the plurality of parking frames in the parking lot, and environmental information indicating an environment during parking of each vehicle, a parking frame where the energy consumption is smaller than a predetermined value as the parking frame to which the user is guided;
• and
• guiding the user to the identified parking frame.

A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing a program for causing a computer to execute a process, wherein

• the computer identifies, from among a plurality of parking frames, a parking frame to which a user who wishes to use a parking lot provided with the plurality of parking frames is guided, and
• the process comprises:
• identifying, based on parking statistical information including energy consumption information regarding energy consumption corresponding to each vehicle that was parked in each of the plurality of parking frames in the parking lot, and environmental information indicating an environment during parking of each vehicle, a parking frame where the energy consumption is smaller than a predetermined value as the parking frame to which the user is guided;
• and guiding the user to the identified parking frame.
