Abstract
A wind turbine assembly system is provided, comprising a first portion, a second portion which is connectable to the first portion, a first aligning device, attached to the first portion and a second aligning device, attached to the second portion. The first aligning device includes an engagement section in a center area of the first portion and a holding section for holding the engagement section, wherein the second aligning device is configured for engaging with the engagement section. The invention further relates to a method for assembling a wind turbine.
