Abstract
The effect of maintaining anti-fog functionality semi-permanently is provided herein. Further, since the provided enables both hydrophilicity and hydrophobicity, the surface of a substrate becomes smoother after coating, thereby enhancing hardness and improving durability. The coating composition and the coating method herein may be applied to industrial fields where anti-fog functionality is essential, and to various substrates, such as metal, glass, and polymer substrates.

An anti-fog functional coating composition, comprising:
- a hydrophilic material and a hydrophobic material,
- wherein a trench-structure or groove-structure is formed in a coating layer after coating.
A method of preparing an anti-fog functional coating composition, the method comprising:
- stirring a hydrophilic material, a hydrophobic material, and a trench-structure or groove-structure forming agent.
