Abstract
Provided are antibodies or antigen binding polypeptides characterized by the ability to neutralize respiratory syncytial virus (RSV). Specifically, the antibodies or antigen binding polypeptides are characterized by high affinity binding to RSV fusion glycoprotein (RSVF). Further provided are methods for their identification, isolation, generation, preparation, and use, as welt as the heavy chain and light chain sequences of the antibodies provided.

1-12. (canceled)
A host cell transfected, transformed, or transduced with one or more nucleic acids and/or one or more expression vectors that encode an antibody, or an antigen-binding fragment thereof, comprising heavy and light chain CDRs found in antibody number 554 or antibody number 71, wherein the antibody, or an antigen-binding fragment thereof, specifically binds to and neutralizes RSV F.
A method for manufacturing an antibody product, the method comprising:
- (i) expressing one or more expression vectors comprising one or more nucleic acids encoding the antibody product in a host cell, and
- (ii) culturing the host cell in culture medium under conditions that provide for expression of the antibody product,
- wherein the antibody product comprises heavy and light chain CDRs found in antibody number 554 or antibody number 71, and
- wherein the antibody product specifically binds to and neutralizes RSV F.
