Abstract
An elevator system includes, for example, a tape, a sensor, a correction plate, a sensor, a motion control unit, a setting unit, and a calculation unit. The setting unit sets a standard correction amount for a standard position code on the basis of a detection result of the correction plate by the sensor when a car stops at a standard floor by control by the motion control unit. The calculation unit calculates a correction amount for each position code attached to the tape on the basis of the standard correction amount set by the setting unit. The motion control unit controls movement of the car on the basis of the position codes read by the sensor and correction amounts calculated by the calculation unit.
Claims8
An elevator system in which a car moves in a shaft, the car stops at a plurality of service floors, and part of the plurality of service floors is set as a standard floor, the elevation system comprising:
- a tape which is provided in the shaft and to which position codes are attached over a specific range in which the car can move;
- a first sensor which is provided on the car and which reads the position codes attached to the tape;
- a detected object provided in the shaft so as to correspond to a position of the standard floor;
- a second sensor which is provided on the car and which detects the detected object;
- and
- processing circuitry
- to control movement of the car,
- to set a standard correction amount for a standard position code on the basis of a detection result of the detected object by the second sensor when the car stops at the standard floor,
- to calculate a correction amount for each of the position codes attached to the tape on the basis of the set standard correction amount, and
- to control the movement of the car on the basis of the position codes read by the first sensor and calculated correction amounts, wherein
- the standard position code is a code set in advance as a code indicating the position of the standard floor among the position codes attached to the tape.
