A drawing device includes a drawing member, a transmission arm, a locking member, and a reset elastic member. The transmission arm extends from an upper side to a lower side of the drawing member. The drawing member has a protruding block on its lower side. The locking member locates on the movement path of the drawing member for locking the protruding block. The locking member can detachably snap with the transmission arm and has an end located between the reset elastic member and the drawing member. When the transmission arm snaps the locking member, the transmission arm rotates the locking member to compress the reset elastic member and release the protruding block so that the drawing member can move outwards. When the drawing member moves inwards, the locking member relocks the protruding block by the reset elastic member and locks the drawing member. A vehicle is also provided.
