Abstract
An object of the present invention is to provide a new technique to realize both the exhaust gas purification performance in a low temperature environment and the ability to maintain NOx adsorbed in a low temperature environment until the environment becomes a high temperature environment, while utilizing Pt, and the present invention provides an exhaust gas purification catalyst composition containing Pt and Sr, wherein a content of Sr in terms of metal is 0.1% by mass or more and 9.0% by mass or less based on a mass of the exhaust gas purification catalyst composition.

An exhaust gas purification catalyst composition comprising Pt and Sr, wherein a content of Sr in terms of metal is 0.1% by mass or more and 9.0% by mass or less based on a mass of the exhaust gas purification catalyst composition.
