Abstract
An example method includes delivering one or more electrical stimulation signals to a patient, sensing a composite stimulation-evoked signal comprising a composite of signals generated by one or more signal sources in response to the one or more electrical stimulation signals, and controlling delivery of electrical stimulation therapy to the patient based on the composite stimulation-evoked signal.
Claims20
A system comprising:
- a device comprising processing circuitry configured to:
- deliver one or more electrical stimulation signals to a patient to activate at least one muscle and activate at least one nerve of the patient;
- sense a single composite stimulation-evoked signal comprising a composite of at least one electromyographic (EMG) signal, evoked from at least one of one or more electrical stimulation signals activating the at least one muscle, and at least one evoked compound action potential (ECAP) signal, evoked from at least one of the one or more electrical stimulation signals, activating the at least one nerve;
- and
- control delivery of electrical stimulation therapy to the patient based on the single composite stimulation-evoked signal.
