- an elongated main body part;

- a leading portion connected to a distal end of the main body part, the leading portion comprising a rod body that is configured to enter a lesion, wherein
- a distal end portion of the main body part extends in a first direction, and
- a distal end portion of the rod body extends in a second direction different from the first direction.
