The motor assembly further includes a coupling engaged with the motor. The coupling is selectively rotatable via the motor. A method of using the skewer, includes selectively engaging a fork with a housing of the skewer. The method further includes receiving a food product on the fork and placing the food product at least partially over a heat source. The method further include rotating the fork via a motor assembly without moving a user's hand.
