An applicator comprising:
- a housing, the housing includes:
- a handle unit, the handle unit including a handle and an adapter;
- and
- a cover, the cover including a clasp to releasably secure the adapter to the cover;
- and
- a retainer configured to secure a substance thereto, the retainer including a fastener disposed on a first rim of the retainer, the fastener to secure the first rim of the retainer to the adapter.
