Abstract
An aerosol-generating material comprising a plurality of strands and/or strips of an aerosol generating non-tobacco material and a plurality of strips of an other non-tobacco material. Also disclosed is an article comprising such an aerosol-generating material, a consumable comprising such an article, and a non-combustible aerosol provision system comprising a non-combustible aerosol provision device and such a consumable, wherein the device is arranged to heat the aerosol generating material composition of the consumable. Also disclosed are methods for producing such an aerosol-generating material composition.
Claims41
An aerosol-generating material comprising a plurality of strands and/or strips of an aerosol generating non-tobacco material and a plurality of strips of an other non-tobacco material.
A method for producing an aerosol-generating material, comprising feeding a single thickness sheet of an aerosol generating non-tobacco material into a cutting apparatus to form a plurality of strips of aerosol generating non-tobacco material.
A method for producing an aerosol-generating material, the method comprising:
- cutting a first portion of aerosol generating non-tobacco material to form a first component comprising a plurality of strips of aerosol generating non-tobacco material having a first length;
- and
- cutting a second portion of aerosol generating non-tobacco material to form a second component comprising a plurality of strips of aerosol generating non-tobacco material having a second length different to the first length.
A method for producing an aerosol-generating material, comprising:
- cutting a sheet of aerosol generating non-tobacco material to form a plurality of strips of the aerosol generating non-tobacco material, and
- mixing the plurality of strips of aerosol generating non-tobacco material with a tobacco material,
- wherein the cutting step and the mixing step are performed within 12 hours of each other, or within 6 hours of each other, or within 2 hours of each other, or within 30 seconds of each other.
