Abstract
A lure includes an elongated body curved to form a first curved portion and a second curved portion. The first curved portion is a helical curved portion, and the second curved portion is a substantially conical or pyramidal portion. A first connection structure is provided on the first curved portion, and a second connection structure is provided on the second curved portion. One of the connection structures is connected to a rotational member, and the other is connected to a hook. The lure does not include a rotation shaft, and rotates about a virtual rotation axis passing through one or both of the connection structures in response to rotation of the rotational member. This configuration enables high rotational speed, strong light reflection and water vibration, and a stable horizontal swimming posture.
Claims10
A lure comprising:
- an elongated body having opposite end portions in a polygonal shape or a curved shape, the elongated body being curved and including a first curved portion and a second curved portion,
- wherein the first curved portion is a helical curved portion,
- the second curved portion is a substantially conical or pyramidal portion,
- the first curved portion defines a rotation angle about an axis of the helical curved portion between 30 degrees and 396 degrees, and
- the second curved portion defines a rotation angle about an axis of the substantially conical or pyramidal portion between 40 degrees and 175 degrees;
- a first connection structure on the first curved portion;
- and
- a second connection structure on the second curved portion;
- wherein one of the first connection structure or the second connection structure is connected to a rotational member, and the other is connected to a hook, and wherein the lure does not include a rotation shaft and rotates about a virtual rotation axis passing through at least one of the first connection structure or the second connection structure in response to rotation of the rotational member.
A lure comprising:
- an elongated body having opposite end portions in a polygonal shape or a curved shape, the elongated body being curved and including a first curved portion, a second curved portion, and a rotation shaft,
- wherein the first curved portion is a helical curved portion,
- the second curved portion is a substantially conical or pyramidal portion,
- the first curved portion defines a rotation angle about an axis of the helical curved portion between 30 degrees and 396 degrees, and
- the second curved portion defines a rotation angle about an axis of the substantially conical or pyramidal portion between 40 degrees and 175 degrees;
- a first connection structure on the first curved portion;
- and
- a second connection structure on the second curved portion,
- wherein the lure rotates about the rotation shaft passing through at least one of the first connection structure or the second connection structure.
A blade comprising:
- an elongated body having end portions in a polygonal shape or a curved shape, the elongated body being curved and including a first curved portion and a second curved portion,
- wherein the first curved portion is a helical curved portion,
- the second curved portion is a substantially conical or pyramidal portion,
- the first curved portion defines a rotation angle about an axis of the helical curved portion between 30 degrees and 396 degrees, and
- the second curved portion defines a rotation angle about an axis of the substantially conical or pyramidal portion between 40 degrees and 175 degrees;
- and
- at least one of a first connection structure on the first curved portion or a second connection structure on the second curved portion.
