Display Apparatus, Electronic Device, and Method of Manufacturing Semiconductor Device

A display apparatus comprising:

• a first layer comprising a first driver circuit, a second driver circuit and a third driver circuit;
• and
• a second layer over the first layer, the second layer comprising a first pixel region, a second pixel region and a third pixel region,
• wherein the first pixel region comprises a first pixel circuit,
• wherein the second pixel region comprises a second pixel circuit,
• wherein the third pixel region comprises a third pixel circuit,
• wherein the first pixel region comprises a region overlapping with the first driver circuit,
• wherein the second pixel region comprises a region overlapping with the second driver circuit,
• wherein the third pixel region comprises a region overlapping with the third driver circuit,
• wherein the first pixel circuit is electrically connected to the first driver circuit through a first wiring,
• wherein the second pixel circuit is electrically connected to the second driver circuit through a second wiring,
• wherein the third pixel circuit is electrically connected to the third driver circuit through a third wiring,
• wherein the first wiring is electrically connected to the second wiring through a first switch,
• wherein the second wiring is electrically connected to the third wiring through a second switch,
• wherein when the first switch is off and the second switch is off, the first driver circuit is configured to transmit first image data to the first pixel circuit, the second driver circuit is configured to transmit second image data to the second pixel circuit, and the third driver circuit is configured to transmit third image data to the third pixel circuit,
• wherein when the first switch is on and the second switch is on, the first driver circuit is configured to transmit the first image data to the first pixel circuit, the first driver circuit is configured to transmit the second image data to the second pixel circuit, the first driver circuit is configured to transmit the third image data to the third pixel circuit.
