A light emitting device comprising:
- a substrate;
- a light emitting unit disposed on the substrate;
- a wavelength converter disposed on the light emitting unit;
- an optical unit disposed on the wavelength converter;
- and
- a barrier disposed on the substrate and covering side surfaces of the light emitting unit, the wavelength converter, and the optical unit,
- wherein the optical unit comprises an optical base and an optical pattern comprising recess-protrusion structures formed on at least a surface of the optical base.
A light emitting device comprising:
- a substrate;
- a light emitting unit disposed on the substrate;
- a wavelength converter disposed on the light emitting unit;
- an optical unit disposed on the wavelength converter;
- and
- a barrier disposed on the substrate to cover side surfaces of the light emitting unit, the wavelength converter and the optical unit,
- wherein the optical unit comprises a first optical unit and a second optical unit disposed on the first optical unit,
- the second optical unit comprising a second optical base disposed on the first optical unit and an optical pattern formed on an upper surface of the second optical base.
A vehicular lamp comprising:
- a main body;
- and
- a lamp mounted on at least a surface of the body, the lamp comprising:
- a plurality of light emitting units arranged thereon;
- a wavelength converter covering an upper surface of at least a light emitting unit of the light emitting units;
- and
- an optical unit comprising an optical pattern composed of recess-protrusion structures formed on at least a surface of the optical unit,
- wherein each of the plurality of light emitting units is independently driven.
