A User Equipment (UE) is provided. The UE may include a receiver configured to receive a plurality of first-type signals. The plurality of first-type signals include at least one of unicast data scrambled by a first identifier or multicast data scrambled by a second identifier. The UE may include a transmitter configured to transmit a target signal. The target signal includes multiplexed Hybrid Automatic Repeat ReQuest Acknowledgements (HARQ-ACKs) for the at least one of the unicast data or the multicast data, the target signal includes a bit block including a plurality of information blocks indicating whether the plurality of first-type signals are correctly received. The target signal is scrambled based on a scrambling code, and the scrambling code is generated based on the first identifier or the second identifier.
