• at initial start-up and then at each hardware or software reboot of the node device:
• gradually increasing an RF transmission power of the RF interface when the connection procedure is implemented, so as to eliminate or reduce a phenomenon of migration of the node device from a favourite communication network to another communication network in said plurality of communication networks.
