Described herein are a receiver module configured to be inserted into an ear canal of a user, the receiver module comprising a housing containing a speaker configured to reproduce sound into the ear canal through a sound port arranged at an end of the housing in a longitudinal direction, the end of the housing having the sound port comprising an adapter or being formed as an adapter configured to releasably couple to a spout.
