High resolution electronic device

An electronic device, comprising:

• a first camera configured to generate first raw image data on a frame-by-frame basis;
• a subject identification circuit configured to determine information about a group of region of interest candidates based on the first raw image data and generate a region of interest signal indicating at least one region of interest candidate among a plurality of region of interest candidates included in the information about the group of region of interest candidates;
• a second camera configured to generate second raw image data based on the region of interest signal;
• an image signal processor configured to generate a first image based on the first raw image data, and generate a second image based on the second raw image data,
• wherein the region of interest signal includes offset information, and the offset information is a distance from a center region of the first image to the at least one region of interest candidate;
• and
• a display panel configured to display the first image and the second image.

An operation method of an electronic device comprising:

• generating, by an image sensor, raw image data on a frame-by-frame basis;
• converting, by an image sensor interface, the raw image data into a raw image signal;
• determining, by a subject identification circuit, information on a group of region of interest candidates based on the raw image signal;
• generating, by the subject identification circuit, a region of interest signal indicating at least one region of interest candidate among a plurality of region of interest candidates included in the information on the group of region of interest candidates;
• generating, by an image signal processor, a first image based on the raw image signal;
• generating, by the image signal processor, a second image based on the region of interest signal,
• wherein the region of interest signal includes offset information, and the offset information is a distance from a center region of the first image to the at least one region of interest candidate;
• and
• displaying the first image and the second image in different areas on a display panel.
