Policy determining method for generating video and electronic device

An electronic device, comprising:

• one or more processors;
• and
• a memory, wherein the memory is coupled to the one or more processors, the memory is configured to store computer program code, the computer program code comprises computer instructions, and when the electronic device executes the computer instructions, the electronic device performs the following operations:
• obtaining a first duration, a second duration, and a video analysis rate, wherein the first duration is a video duration of a first candidate video, the second duration indicates an analysis duration allocated to the first candidate video to perform analysis processing, the video analysis rate indicates a quantity of frame images that the electronic device can analyze per second, and the first candidate video is one of at least two candidate videos;
• determining a third duration based on the first duration and the video analysis rate, wherein the third duration indicates a duration required for completing analysis processing on all frame images in the first candidate video;
• determining, based on the third duration and the second duration, a target analysis policy corresponding to the first candidate video from an analysis policy set, wherein the analysis policy set comprises at least two analysis policies, and a duration required for performing analysis processing on the first candidate video by using different analysis policies is different;
• performing analysis processing on the first candidate video based on the target analysis policy, to obtain an analysis result of the first candidate video;
• and
• obtaining a target video based on the analysis result of the first candidate video.

A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium, wherein the computer-readable storage medium stores a computer program, and when the computer program is run on an electronic device, the electronic device performs the following operations:

• obtaining a first duration, a second duration, and a video analysis rate, wherein the first duration is a video duration of a first candidate video, the second duration indicates an analysis duration allocated to the first candidate video to perform analysis processing, the video analysis rate indicates a quantity of frame images that the electronic device can analyze per second, and the first candidate video is one of at least two candidate videos;
• determining a third duration based on the first duration and the video analysis rate, wherein the third duration indicates a duration required for completing analysis processing on all frame images in the first candidate video;
• determining, based on the third duration and the second duration, a target analysis policy corresponding to the first candidate video from an analysis policy set, wherein the analysis policy set comprises at least two analysis policies, and a duration required for performing analysis processing on the first candidate video by using different analysis policies is different;
• performing analysis processing on the first candidate video based on the target analysis policy, to obtain an analysis result of the first candidate video;
• and
• obtaining a target video based on the analysis result of the first candidate video.
