A device for transmitting optical-wireless signals includes a signal source for providing at least one signal and a plurality of spatially distributed optical transmitters for transmitting a corresponding plurality of optical-wireless signals. Furthermore, a synchronization unit configured to convert the at least one signal for the plurality of optical transmitters into a corresponding plurality of input signals synchronized with each other is arranged. Based on the at least one signal, the plurality of optical-wireless signals is transmitted spatially distributed as mutually synchronized optical-wireless signals by the plurality of optical transmitters based on the plurality of mutually synchronized input signals.
