Abstract
A service prediction method is performed by a radio access network device, and includes: receiving prediction information, wherein the prediction information includes at least one of first prediction information or second prediction information; wherein the first prediction information indicates a channel state of a terminal at a first moment, and the second prediction information is determined based on a service characteristic of the terminal.
