Abstract

Disclosed is a motor including a stator and a rotor configured to rotate by electromagnetic interaction with the stator. The stator includes a stator core, a coil wound around the stator core to form a rotating magnetic field, an insulator insulating the coil from the stator core, a guide member provided on one side of the stator core to guide a withdrawal direction of one end of the coil, and a neutral terminal provided on the guide member and connected to the other end of the coil. The guide member includes a body facing the coil, an inner guide protruding axially from the body, and an outer guide protruding axially from a radially outer side of the inner guide on the body. The neutral terminal is supported by the guide member and electrically connects coil ends of multiple phases.
