Wireless charging base and operation method thereof

An operation method of a wireless charging base, adapted to supply a power to an electronic device, comprising:

• providing the wireless charging base, comprising a base body, a plurality of sensors located on the base body, and a wireless coil movably disposed in the base body, wherein the base body comprises a central area and a plurality of peripheral areas located outside the central area;
• at least one of the plurality of sensors detecting being covered when the electronic device is placed on the base body of the wireless charging base, wherein the at least one of the plurality of sensors detecting being covered corresponds to at least one of the plurality of peripheral areas;
• placing the wireless coil in the central area, and performing a charging test on the electronic device to determine whether an output wattage of the wireless coil exceeds a preset value;
• the wireless coil starting charging the electronic device in the central area when the wireless coil is located in the central area and the output wattage does not exceed the preset value;
• moving the wireless coil to the at least one of the plurality of peripheral areas and performing the charging test on the electronic device when the wireless coil is located in the central area and the output wattage exceeds the preset value, so as to determine which of the at least one of the plurality of peripheral areas in which the wireless coil is located has the output wattage that does not exceed the preset value;
• and
• in the peripheral area in which the output wattage of the wireless coil does not exceed the preset value, the wireless coil charging the electronic device.
