Battery pressure relief devices, battery case and batteries

A battery case comprising a case body and a battery pressure relief device, the battery pressure relief device comprising:

• a valve seat comprising a first pressure relief passage;
• a valve body comprising a second pressure relief passage, wherein the valve seat is removably connected to the valve body, the first pressure relief passage is connected to the second pressure relief passage;
• and
• a spool provided in the second pressure relief passage,
• wherein, an end of the spool is connected to the valve body, another end of the spool is a free end, an end portion of the free end is pressed against or pulled away from an inner wall of the valve body when the end portion is subject to axial external forces;
• Wherein, the battery pressure relief device is provided on the case body, the case body is provided with an exhaust port, and a portion of the battery pressure relief device is threaded through the exhaust port into the interior of the case body, the interior of the case body being connected to the first pressure relief passage and the second pressure relief passage.

A battery comprising a battery case and a battery assembly provided inside the battery case, the battery case comprising a case body and a battery pressure relief device, the battery pressure relief device comprising:

• a valve seat comprising a first pressure relief passage;
• a valve body comprising a second pressure relief passage, wherein the valve seat is removably connected to the valve body, the first pressure relief passage is connected to the second pressure relief passage;
• and
• a spool provided in the second pressure relief passage,
• wherein, an end of the spool is connected to the valve body, another end of the spool is a free end, an end portion of the free end is pressed against or pulled away from an inner wall of the valve body when the end portion is subject to axial external forces;
• Wherein, the battery pressure relief device is provided on the case body, the case body is provided with an exhaust port, and a portion of the battery pressure relief device is threaded through the exhaust port into the interior of the case body, the interior of the case body being connected to the first pressure relief passage and the second pressure relief passage.
