Word line charge integration

A method, comprising:

• activating a word line;
• integrating a first charge on a first memory cell associated with the word line for a first duration;
• and
• integrating a second charge on a second memory cell associated with the word line for the first duration based at least in part on deactivating the word line before activating one or more corresponding sense components.

An apparatus, comprising:

• a controller associated with a memory device, wherein the controller is configured to cause the apparatus to:
• activate a word line;
• integrate a first charge on a first memory cell associated with the word line for a first duration;
• and
• integrate a second charge on a second memory cell associated with the word line for the first duration based at least in part on deactivation of the word line before activation of one or more corresponding sense components.

A non-transitory computer-readable medium storing code, the code comprising instructions executable by a processor to:

• activate a word line;
• integrate a first charge on a first memory cell associated with the word line for a first duration;
• and
• integrate a second charge on a second memory cell associated with the word line for the first duration based at least in part on deactivation of the word line before activation of one or more corresponding sense components.
