Abstract
A device for performing communication between dies according to an embodiment of the present disclosure may include a plurality of dies and a one-way communication module for performing communication between the dies by being embedded in each of the plurality of dies.
Claims15
A device for performing communication between dies, comprising:
- a plurality of dies;
- and
- a one-way communication module for performing communication between the dies by being embedded in each of the plurality of dies.
A method for performing communication between dies, comprising:
- converting a request into a packet including a die ID;
- and
- determining, by a one-way communication module receiving the packet, whether to transmit the packet by comparing a destination die ID included in the packet with a die ID of the one-way communication module receiving the packet.
