• a light modulating panel disposed on the backlight module and having a plurality of pixels, wherein the light modulating panel comprises:
• a substrate;
• and
• a light modulating panel medium layer disposed on the substrate;
• a lens structure disposed on the light modulating panel and comprising a plurality of lenses, wherein at least one of the plurality of lenses corresponds to at least two of the plurality of pixels;
• and
• a display panel disposed on the lens structure,
• wherein one of the plurality of lenses has a protruding surface, a first geometric optical distance L1 is included between the protruding surface and the light modulating panel medium layer, the one of the plurality of lenses has a focal length LF and a field of view at focal point FOV, and the first geometric optical distance L1, the focal length LF and the field of view at focal point FOV satisfy:
