A first inlet is formed inside the main body. Amounting groove is formed between the outlet and the first inlet. A through opening communicating with the mounting groove is formed in an outer surface of the main body. A flow control device is mounted in the mounting groove and has a control rod extending out of the through opening. An operation member is engaged with an outer end of the control rod. A surface of the operation member facing the outlet forms a sprayed surface. A projection of the outlet along a top-bottom direction is at least partially located on the sprayed surface.
