Abstract
A copper alloy sheet made of 1.2 to 3.0 mass % Ni; 0.10 to 1.0 mass % Si; and 0.01 to 3.0 mass % Zn, with the balance being Cu and inevitable impurities. In an EBSD measurement on a cross-section in the thickness direction, within a depth range of up to 10% of the sheet thickness from the surface, a total area fraction of a portion having a CI value of less than 0.1 is 10.0% to 60.0%.

A copper alloy sheet, comprising:
- Ni:
- 1.2 to 3.0 mass %;
- Si:
- 0.10 to 1.0 mass %;
- Zn:
- 0.01 to 3.0 mass %;
- and
- Cu,
- wherein, in EBSD measurement on a cross-section in a thickness direction, within a depth range of up to 10% of a sheet thickness from the surface, a total area fraction of a portion having a CI value of less than 0.1 is 10.0% to 60.0%.
