Abstract
Provided herein are compositions and methods of treating pancreatic cancer in a subject that include: administering to the subject a therapeutically effective amount of a composition comprising an inhibitor of MICAL2. Also provided herein compositions including an inhibitory nucleic acid of MICAL2, wherein the inhibitory nucleic acid comprises any one of SEQ ID NOs: 1-11.
Claims34
A method of treating pancreatic cancer in a subject, the method comprising:
- administering to the subject a therapeutically effective amount of a composition comprising an inhibitor of MICAL2, thereby treating the pancreatic cancer in the subject.
A method of suppressing tumor growth in a subject with cancer, the method comprising:
- administering to the subject a therapeutically effective amount of a composition comprising an inhibitor of MICAL2, thereby suppressing tumor growth in the subject.
A method of suppressing tumor metastasis in a subject with cancer, the method comprising:
- administering to the subject a therapeutically effective amount of a composition comprising an inhibitor of MICAL2, thereby suppressing tumor metastasis in the subject.
A method of enhancing response to chemotherapy in a subject with cancer, the method comprising:
- administering to the subject a therapeutically effective amount of a composition comprising an inhibitor of MICAL2, thereby enhancing response to chemotherapy in the subject.
A method of modulating MICAL2 expression comprising:
- delivering an inhibitory nucleic acid into a cell, wherein the inhibitory nucleic acid comprises any one of SEQ ID NOs:
- 1-11.
A composition comprising an inhibitory nucleic acid of MICAL2, wherein the inhibitory nucleic acid comprises any one of SEQ ID NOs:
- 1-11.
