Abstract
The present disclosure relates to psilocin compounds and pharmaceutically acceptable salts, polymorphs, stereoisomers, or solvates thereof, to pharmaceutical compositions, and in some embodiments, to serotonin 5-HT2 receptor agonists and uses in the treatment of diseases associated with a 5-HT2 receptor.

A pharmaceutical composition, comprising:
- a crystalline pharmaceutically acceptable salt of a compound of Formula (I), as determined by X-ray powder diffraction, or a stereoisomer, or solvate thereof;
- and
- a pharmaceutically acceptable vehicle,
- wherein:
- R2, R5, R6, and R7 are independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen and deuterium,
- R8 and R9 are independently selected from the group consisting of —CH3 and —CD3,
- X1 and X2 are deuterium, and
- Y1 and Y2 are independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen and deuterium.
