Multilayer film with different adhesion zones for sealing a capsule for making beverages

A multilayer film for sealing a capsule for making beverages, comprising:

• an outer layer with gas and/or vapor barrier properties;
• an inner layer intended to come into contact with the capsule to be sealed, the inner layer being a micro-perforated film provided with a plurality of micro-holes;
• and
• an intermediate layer between the outer layer and the inner layer;
• wherein the intermediate layer is partially peelable from the inner layer within a low adhesion delamination zone between the inner layer and the intermediate layer,
• wherein an adhesion in the low adhesion delamination zone has values between 0.25 and 5.00N/15 mm,
• wherein the intermediate layer is permanently joined to the inner layer at least in a high adhesion zone, and
• wherein the adhesion in the high adhesion zone is greater than 5.00 N/15 mm.

A capsule for making beverages, comprising a cup-shaped body, which defines an internal volume wherein there is at least one foodstuff substance to be infused or dissolved, closed by a lid made from a multilayer film comprising:

• an outer layer with gas and/or vapor barrier properties;
• an inner layer intended to come into contact with the capsule to be sealed, the inner layer being a micro-perforated film provided with a plurality of micro-holes;
• and
• an intermediate layer between the outer layer and the inner layer;
• wherein the intermediate layer is partially peelable from the inner layer within a low adhesion delamination zone between the inner layer and the intermediate layer,
• wherein an adhesion in the low adhesion delamination zone has values between 0.25 and 5.00 N/15 mm,
• wherein the intermediate layer is permanently joined to the inner layer at least in a high adhesion zone, and
• wherein the adhesion in the high adhesion zone is greater than 5.00 N/15mm,
• wherein said lid has:
• a high level of adhesion between the inner layer and the intermediate layer at least at an outer periphery corresponding to a welding zone with an edge of the cup-shaped body, and
• a low level of adhesion between the inner layer and the intermediate layer in a central zone.
