Wagon with integrated bathroom

A wagon comprising:

• a chassis including a channel;
• one or more axles attached to the chassis, each axle including one or more wheels;
• a flooring surface attached to the chassis;
• first and second side surfaces attached to opposing edges of the flooring surface;
• a canopy spanning between the first side surface and the second side surface;
• an air conditioning system including a compressor/condenser mounted to the chassis and an air handler positioned above the flooring surface;
• a bathroom area within an interior of the wagon, the bathroom area comprising:
• an enclosed structure having a door and at least one window;
• a sink, a toilet, and a shower within the enclosed structure;
• an exhaust fan connected to an exhaust fan vent configured to direct air from inside the enclosed structure to outside the enclosed structure;
• and
• a protective layer on an exterior of the enclosed structure, the protective layer comprising a waterproof material;
• a water heater connected to at least the sink and the shower;
• a water system connected to the water heater via conduit routed through the channel;
• and
• a sewer system connected to the sink, the toilet, and the shower via conduit routed through the channel.

A method of managing moisture in a bathroom area of a wagon, the wagon including a chassis, one or more axles attached to the chassis, one or more wheels attached to each axle, a flooring surface attached to the chassis, a first side surface and a second side surface attached to opposing longitudinal edges of the flooring surface, and a canopy spanning between the first side surface and the second side surface, the method comprising:

• enclosing a bathroom area on the flooring surface between the first side surface and the second side surface with an enclosed structure having a door, the bathroom area including a sink, a toilet, and a shower;
• applying a protective layer comprising a waterproof material on an exterior of the enclosed structure to create a waterproof seal around the enclosed structure;
• directing air from an interior of the enclosed structure to an exterior of the enclosed structure via an exhaust fan connected to an exhaust fan vent;
• and
• venting air from the interior of the enclosed structure through at least one window in the enclosed structure.
