A resin molded article with a coating film, includes: a primary resin molded component having a through-hole; and an optically transparent coating film covering one end surface of the through-hole of the primary resin molded component and a front surface of the primary resin molded component around the one end surface of the through-hole.

A resin molded article with a coating film, comprising:
- a primary resin molded component having a through-hole;
- and
- an optically transparent coating film covering one end surface of the through-hole of the primary resin molded component and a front surface of the primary resin molded component around the one end surface of the through-hole.
A method for manufacturing a resin molded article with a coating film, the method comprising:
- preparing a primary resin molded component having a through-hole;
- and
- covering one end surface of the through-hole of the primary resin molded component and a front surface of the primary resin molded component around the one end surface of the through-hole with an optically transparent coating film to obtain a resin molded article with a coating film including the primary resin molded component and the coating film.
