The adjustment of a rotating shaft backward force which is a constituent element of a cutter blade pressing force or the grinding process in a resin cutting apparatus is automated. In a technical idea of controlling a cutter blade pressing force for pressing a plurality of cutter blades configured to cut a resin into pellets to a die provided on a resin discharge side of an extruder, the amount of wear on the plurality of cutter blades is detected and then a magnitude of the rotating shaft backward force applied to a rotating shaft is automatically controlled based on the detected amount of wear on the plurality of cutter blades.
A method of controlling a resin cutting apparatus configured to manufacture pellets by cutting a resin discharged from an extruder by a plurality of cutter blades, the method comprising a step of controlling a cutter blade pressing force for pressing the plurality of cutter blades to a die provided on a resin discharge side of the extruder,
A method of controlling a resin cutting apparatus configured to manufacture pellets by cutting a resin discharged from an extruder by a plurality of cutter blades, the method comprising a step of performing a grinding process on each of the plurality of cutter blades before performing an operation to cut the resin into the pellets,
